What you get
A 200ml pump of SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Light Cleansing Oil. A thin, light-brown oil that melts makeup, sunscreen and the day’s oil, then rinses away when you add water. Centella sits with sunflower, olive and jojoba. SKIN1004 makes it for normal, dry and sensitive skin, and calls it gentle around the eyes.
It is scented. Bergamot, geranium and rose are in the bottle, which is lovely if you like a cleanse with a smell and the wrong bottle if you do not.
How to use
Evening. A few pumps on dry hands, onto a dry face. Massage in circles until makeup and sunscreen slip. Add a little water, keep massaging until it turns milky, then rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with your usual gel wash if you like a second cleanse.
Start-safe: a few nights of this, nothing else new. Judge it by how soft your face feels once it is dry, not by how much foam you saw.
