How to use
Clean the skin around the spot and let it dry. Take a patch larger than the spot and press it on. Leave it until it turns white in the centre or starts to lift, then peel it off and wash. You can wear one in the day or overnight.
Start-safe: one patch on one spot. Red, itchy skin around the edge means that adhesive is wrong for you.
